Fiava offers AI mini-dramas and Droll character experiences. Start from a story format, select or create a character, and build a video around your idea. Supported plans include recurring characters and tools for assembling scenes into episodes.

The AI services behind Fiava

Different steps use different services. The following overview reflects Fiava’s published Privacy Policy, updated 6 October 2026.

Anthropic

Interprets submitted ideas and performs automated safety checks through its commercial API. The creative request itself can contain personal information.

Kie.ai

Provides access to supported generation workflows, including Grok Imagine video and GPT Image character portraits. Kie receives the creative prompts and other inputs needed for the selected workflow.

Google Cloud

Provides image preparation with Gemini and supported video generation with Vertex AI / Veo.

Cloudflare Workers AI

Supports Fiava’s public product FAQ.

Accessing a model through an intermediary is different from a direct integration with the model developer. References to OpenAI or xAI models describe the services identified by Kie; they do not establish a direct contractual relationship with those companies.

Data, retention and transparency

Generating a result involves sending relevant creative inputs to the services handling that request. Do not include confidential or sensitive information unless you have a lawful reason and understand the applicable processing.

Anthropic’s commercial-data guidance states that commercial inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default, with exceptions such as explicitly provided feedback or authorised training. Retention depends on the service, contractual terms and security or legal requirements. This is not a promise of zero retention.

Kie’s documentation specifies 14 days for generated media and two months for text or metadata logs. Those periods do not establish the deletion schedule for every uploaded input, backup or downstream copy. Kie’s published website privacy notice is not a substitute for an API processing agreement.

Fiava identifies limits in what it has verified about Kie’s training, processing locations and transfer safeguards. Provider policies should not be read as a guarantee that all processing takes place in Europe or that all providers follow identical retention rules.

Using AI responsibly

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other generated content. Review it before sharing, especially where it depicts a real person or could be mistaken for a real event.

• Use material you own or have permission to use.
• Respect privacy, image rights and intellectual property.
• Do not use generated media to mislead, impersonate or harass others.
• Follow the destination platform’s rules on synthetic content and disclosure.
• Do not assume that a generated result is unique or automatically eligible for copyright protection.

This corporate website is published by PARALLEL VENTURES SAS. Fiava’s current product Terms and Privacy Policy identify Fiava, Inc. as its contracting entity and data controller, at 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

Fiava is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Its own terms govern accounts, purchases, subscriptions, credits, cancellation, refunds, submitted content and generated results. This information page does not amend those terms or create a separate offer.
